Lea is a student at Rhode Island School of Design pursuing in BFA in Graphic Design and CTC concentration. 

Born in South Korea and raised in California, she believes in the power of inclusivity across different cultures. She is drawn to emotional and playful ideas, which always spark her curiosity.

Beyond design, she enjoys the satisfaction of a good workout, cooking delicious meals for her loved ones, and taking nighttime walks filled with chatter.

Always in love with human touched designs that can  engage people and bring joy to their daily lives

Recipe Notes is my very first hand-coded website, so it’s incredibly meaningful. It taught me so much while I worked on it. The website showcases my first experiences with coding and the excitement I felt when I solved problems I had been stuck on.

The project is about my favorite recipes that I often cook at my apartment. I used to write them down on paper, but I would often lose them. So, I decided to transform them into a website that I can always access. For each recipe, I’ve also added personal tips based on my experience for making them even better.

This project not only preserves valuable experiences I’ve gained in my life but also reflects the growth of my coding skills.
